1. Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to provide required information and pay compensation of Rs.25000/-.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second appeal under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 is pending consideration before the second appellate authority.

3. In view of the pendency of petitioner's second appeal, the State Information

Commission is directed to decide petitioner's second appeal at the earliest, if not yet decided, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.
