At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application on the submission that the applicant has already moved an application before the trial Court with a prayer that he may be tried as juvenile as his date of birth at the time of incident was 05-07-1995. According to the applicant, he was less than 18 years of age at the time of alleged commission of offence. 3.

Considering that there is an application already filed by the applicant before the learned Court below for consideration of his claim of juvenility, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to apply for grant of bail as juvenile after passing of order with regard to juvenility by the trial Court.
