The petitioner has been transferred by impugned order dated 20/07/2015 from Sukama to Konta on the basis of request made by him. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has never made any request for his transfer from Sukma to Konta as he is working as Assistant Grade-III in the Water Resources Division, Sukma, therefore, the impugned order of transfer is bad in law. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the Collector, Sukma within a period of 10 days from today, who is competent authority under the transfer policy, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation within a period of 10 weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

The effect and operation of the impugned order dated 20/07/2015 shall remain stayed till the representation of the petitioner is decided by the Collector.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
