1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.44/2021 registered in Police Station: Devendra Nagar District Raipur for offence under Section 20-B of the NDPS Act.

2. The applicant was found in illicit possession of 5kg 650 grams of contraband Ganja when a search was made of her person on 23.3.2021 at the parking place of Pandri Bus Stand.

3. Considering the quantity of contraband, length of pre-trial detention, as she is in jail since 23.3.2021 and charge sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on her his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. She is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
