At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant CRMP preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with liberty to challenge the registration of FIR and also to take course against such registration for their quashment available under the law. 5.

With this, the instant CRMP is disposed of without any appreciation on its merit reserving the aforesaid liberty.
