1. The petitioner has been appointed as Ayurved Chikitsa Adhikari on contract basis for a period of one year by order dated 7-42015 in which it is one of the conditions of contract that she has to render her services in the head quarter and she will not be transferred in any other place. She has been appointed as such in Ayurved Hospital, Rengalpali. Contrary to the terms and conditions, by order dated 11-9-2015, she has been
W.P.(S)No.3998/2015 transferred from Rengalpali to Primary Health Centre, Mukdega. Her son, aged about 6 years, is studying at Raigarh in Class-I.
2. Taking into consideration, the condition of service attached to the order dated 7-4-2015, the petitioner may make a representation to the Collector, Raigarh within ten days from today who in turn, shall consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within four weeks from the date of receipt of representation and till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the order dated 11-9-2015 (Annexure P-1) shall remain stayed.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
