1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a limited relief directing the respondents to decide the representation made by the petitioner to the Respondent No. 3 in-respect of the suspicious death of the son of the petitioner, who was found dead hanging to a tree.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the postmortem was also

-2conducted, however, the police authorities have not considered the representation which the petitioner has made in-respect of suspicious death of his son.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has sought for, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition can be disposed directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner and to take appropriate steps and decide the same in accordance with law, at the earliest. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
