Shri Praveen Dhurandhar, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 04/04/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though there was an interim order passed in First Appeal, the lock has been put in the shop and it has been closed which violates the interim order. 2.

Shri Praveen Dhurandhar, advocate, who appears for Municipal Council, Kanker in F.A.20/2016, which is also listed along with this contempt petition today, submits that due to misconstruction of the interim order, premises were locked on a belief that the interim order does not exist. However, later on, they have been advised to open the lock so that the order of the Court may be respected and he also, upon instructions, submits that the lock would be removed today. 3.

Placing on record the aforesaid statement, at this stage, the contempt petition is finally disposed off.
