The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Janjgir-Champa under Section 53 (1) of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (for short 'the Act, 1960').

The order under challenge is appealable under Section 78 of the Act, 1960, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. 3.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to prefer an appeal.
