Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act by the respondent was delayed by three days which he has raised but it has been rejected by trial Court as well as by the revisional Court and he may be allowed to raise the point of delay during the course of trial.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and petitioner is at liberty to raise the question of delay during the course of the trial. 3.
