Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker & Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 10/03/2017 Grievance of the petitioner is that though several allegations are there against respondent No.5, one senior I.A.S. Officer has also written against him but since 2009 respondent No.5 is continuing on the post of Secretary, C.G. State Handloom Development & Marketing Cooperative Federation Lmited.
According to the petitioner, considering the act of respondent No.5, by now the State Government should have taken proper action against him.
After arguing for some time counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Lok Ayukt or any competent authority.
State counsel has no objection to the above proposition as put forth by the counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty.
