At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner as the obedient Government servant has complied with the transfer order and joined at Kondagaon, however, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the State authority. At this stage, when the petitioner has already complied with the transfer order, I am not inclined to issue notice to the respondents, however, the representation, which has been made by the petitioner, may be decided by the State within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
