Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this petition is covered by the decision rendered by the coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.210/2019 in which in Para 4, it is held as under : "4.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioner shall move a representation before the respondent No.1 within a period of 4 weeks from today. Thereafter, the said authority shall

decide the representation within 10 weeks from the date of the State Government's fresh Notification in terms of the directions issued by the Division Bench."

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of in terms of Para 4 of the order dated 23.01.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.210/2019 in case of Shrirang Bobde. Sd/- Sanjay K. Agrawal Judge ashok
