Minz, Dy.GA Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 31/01/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the default has been removed. 2, This is a case arising out of transfer order. The petitioner has assailed the transfer order on the ground that while transferring the petitioner, policy of the government to post the husband and wife at the same place or nearby place, has not been kept in view.

I find that the petitioner has challenged legality and validity of transfer order, which was passed way back on 30-07-2016. Only on the ground of delay, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order on merits. However, considering that the government policy dated 11-06-2016, it is for the petitioner to represent before the State Government raising their grievances and the State Government shall consider and decide the same as early as possible.
