Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an objection before the respondent No. 2 on 29.03.2017 (Annexure - P/3) with regard to cancellation of registration of respondent No. 3- Society, but it has not been considered and decided till date, therefore, directions may be issued to the concerned authority to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the said objection expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
