1. State of Chhattisgarh through the Secretary, Department of School Education, Mahanadi Mantralaya, Naya Raipur, Post Office & Police Station Naya Raipur, District Raipur (Chhattisgarh).

2. District Education Officer, Raigarh (Chhattisgarh).

3. Block Education Officer, Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh (Chhattisgarh).

Sam Koshy Order On Board 02/03/2017 Grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is the non granting of two advance increments as per the circular of the State Govt. on the petitioner's obtaining BTI certificate at his own expenses prior to his coming into service.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present case has already been decided by this Court in a series of writ petitions and subsequently, the State Govt. itself has also issued a circular in this regard. Therefore, the case of the petitioner may also be considered in the light of the decisions passed by this Court as also the circular issued by the State Govt.

This submission made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of two advance increments on his obtaining BTI certificate at his own expenses prior to his coming into service. Let the petitioner approach the respondent no.2 i.e. the District Education Officer, Raigarh and make his claim within a period of 15 days from today and the respondent no.2 in turn shall consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the circular of the State Govt. applicable in this regard.

With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
