Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had carried out certain job i.e. completion of project pursuant to the NIT floated by the respondents and the construction of houses have been made but the final bill and other dues have not been released. He further submits that the petitioner has filed the completion certificate which would show that the petitioner has executed the job and the final bill has been prepared which have
been filed, but it is submitted that the amount has not been released.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 would submit that certain queries have been raised by the Chief Engineer and the queries are to be satisfied which are in the pipe lines. 3.
In view of the same, since the petitioner prays for disposal of this petition that the respondents may expedite the release of the payment since final bill has already been prepared, the respondents would act in accordance with law in release of the payment, if any, subject to just exception and satisfaction of query, if so raised, within a reasonable time.
