1. The petitioner has filed this CRMP seeking modification in the order dated 22.11.2019 passed in MCRC No. 5601/2019 with regard to the Crime No. of the case and date of arrest of the accused.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in MCRC No. 5601/2019, Crime No. of the case and date of arrest of the applicant has been mentioned 132/2017 and 08.03.2019 respectively whereas it should have been 132/2019 and 10.03.2019 respectively.

3. I have gone through the impugned order and perused the record available in MCRC No. 5601/2019.

4. From the perusal of bail application and record, it appears

that Crime No. of the case and date of arrest of the applicant has been mentioned 132/2017 and 08.03.2019 respectively whereas it should have been 132/2019 and 10.03.2019 respectively. Thus, the error with regard to the Crime No. and date of arrest of the accused apparent on the fact of the record which needs to be rectified.

5. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order in question the name Crime No. and the date of the arrest of the applicant be read as 132/2019 and 10.03.2019 respectively instead of 132/2017 and 08.03.2019 respectively.

6. The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with MCRC No. 5601/2019.

7. With the modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of. Sd/- (Rajani Dubey) Judge Vijay Sahu
