This is a petition for transfer of Case No.472 of 2015 pending before the Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur to Family Court, Rajnandgaon.

The party married to each other and out of their wedlock one baby girl was born. This girl is aged about 2 years. It is inconvenient for the wife to travel 80 Kms. from Rajnandgaon to Raipur on every day of hearing. Therefore, I am of the considered view that the case deserves to be transferred.

Consequently, the transfer petition is allowed. Case No.472 of 2015 pending before the Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur is transferred to Family Court, Rajnandgaon. Sd/- (Deepak Gupta) CHIEF JUSTICE Gopal
