1. Perused the P.U.D dated 28.02.2020 received from Superintendent, Central Jail, Ambikapur, District-Surguja (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that the Appellant has been released from jail after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellants submits that he doesn't want to press this appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
