1. As all these applications filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. arise out of the same Crime No.122/2020 registered at Police Station Darima, District Surguja, C.G., for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, they are being disposed of by this common order.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.
3. Accordingly, all bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
