1. The grievance of the present Petitioner is that the service rules which governs the service condition of the Present Petitioner does not have avenues for promotion on the post on which he is discharging his duties i.e. driver.
2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the other Class-IV employees of the department have promotional prospect in the service rule wherein they have reservations for selection for class III category from Class IV have been made whereas no such advantage has been given to driver.
3. Be that as it may, this Court on perusal of the record found that the Petitioner has till date not made any representation before the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievance. In the absence of any representation having made
earlier it would not be appropriate at this juncture to straight way entertain the Writ Petition.
4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with a liberty to the Petitioner to ventilate his grievance by making a detailed representation before the Respondent Authorities and thereafter if the grievance still survives, he may have other remedies available.
5. With the aforesaid observation the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
