(2) The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 26.11.2015 issued by respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Aarang, District Raipur by which respondent No.2 has refused to appoint the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator on the ground that services of Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator have been dispensed with by the State Government w.e.f. 26.09.2015." (3) The respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Aarang, Raipur has filed an affidavit stating in para-3,

which states as under:- "3.

It is respectfully submitted by the deponent that vide order dated 26.08.2015 the Director, Panchayat, Raipur directed that however the Government of India has closed Rajiv Gandhi Sashaktikaran Abhiyan, therefore, there is no possibility to continue the services of the Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator. The Director, Panchayat, Raipur further directed vide order dated 26.08.2015 to discontinue the services of the Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator after giving one month notice as per the Clause-13 of the Guidelines issued on 30.01.2014 regarding recruitment and conditions of services of the Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator." (4) In view of the submission made by the respondent No.2 that Rajiv Gandhi Sashaktikaran Abhiyan has been closed by the Government of India and there is no possibility to continue the services of the Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator, therefore, this writ petition is closed and the petitioner is not entitled for any relief.
