1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the non granting of the employment in lieu of rehabilitation policy against the land belonging to the petitioner which stood acquired.

Counsel appearing for Respondent SECL/Respondent no. 2 to 4 submits that the case of the petitioner shall be scrutinized in accordance with the policy governing the field of the Rehabilitation, particularly so far as grant of employment against the land belonging to the petitioner which has been acquired for mining purposes.
3. Given the said submissions of the learned counsel for the SECL, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to scrutinize the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the policy of Rehabilitation, particularly in respect of grant of employment against the land belonging to the petitioner or petitioner's family which stands acquired
4. Subject to the verification of facts, let appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
