Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order on Board 20-12-2019 Heard.

1. This revision has been brought being aggrieved by the judgment of the Sessions Judge, Mahasamund in Criminal Appeal No. 6 of 2008 by which the conviction and sentence against the applicants by the trial Court was upheld.

2. The applicants were prosecuted for the commission of offences under Sections 294 and 323/ 34 of the IPC. After considering the grounds in the appeal, Learned Appellate Court has dismissed the appeal.

-2that learned Courts below have not committed any error, therefore, there is no illegality, impropriety or incorrectness in the orders passed.

4. Hence, this revision petition is dismissed. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) Judge Nimmi
