1. The only ground of challenge to the transfer order is that the petitioner has been transferred within 4 months.

2. Having gone through the impugned order and the background in which the petitioner has been shifted though temporarily, because of shortcomings in the working, I am not inclined to interfere with the order.

3. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
