(1) Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, has been transferred from Jagdalpur to Sukuma by the impugned order of transfer within a period of two months from his date of compassionate appointment, against which he may be permitted to file representation before respondents No. 3 - Chief Medical & Health Officer and

the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers representation for redressal of his grievances before respondent No. 3 within a period of two weeks from today, it is directed to be decided by respondent No. 3 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of representation.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
