Shri Mayank Chandrakar, counsel for the respondent No.2 & 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the name of the petitioner has not been shown in Annexure P/1, but orally he has been directed to comply with the orders. No documents have been filed to support the submission and prima facie it appears that the notices were issued to the other persons and not to the petitioner. The primary notice dated 27/10/2015 which is sought to be quashed has not been issued to petitioner. The petition as prima facie appears to be prematured.
