The petitioner immediately moved a representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Bemetara seeking for rectification of the seniority list. Though the representation has been filed in November, 2016, no decision has been taken on the said representation by the competent Authority.

Without entering into the merits of the case, this court is not inclined to keep the petition pending any further and ends of justice would meet if the respondent no.4 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner seeking for correction of the seniority list. 4.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
