(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would

submit that subsistence allowance is not being paid to the petitioner since 27.03.2015 against which she may be allowed to make representation before the Collector, Kabirdham and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers representation with regard to substantial allowance within a period of two weeks from today before respondent No. 3- Collector, Kabirdham; it is directed to be decided by Collector, Kabirdham expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the receipt thereof.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
