(1) In a writ petition filed by Dr. Devendra Nath Sharma being W.P. (S) No.2739/2014, this Court by order dated 24.07.2014, restrained the Assistant Professor (s) from functioning as Assistant Professor (Chemistry) until further orders of this Court, pursuant to which respondents -Sarguja University, Ambikpur by order

dated 07.08.2014 withdrawn the appointment order of the petitioner. Against which, writ petition No. 5230/2014 was filed by the petitioner; the writ petition filed by Dr. Devendra Nath Sharma was dismissed by this Court by order dated 16.07.2015, thereafter, the petitioner has made representation before the respondent authorities after withdrawing his writ petition for allowing him to join on the post of Assistant Professor (Chemistry), which has not been considered & decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondents authorities to decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondents- Sarguja University is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order as the writ petition filed by Dr. Devendra Nath Sharma has already been dismissed by this Court on 16.07.2015.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands finally disposed of.
