After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners would like to persuade the State or the concerned authority to revisit or reconsider clause 1.8 of the tender document for transportation of country and foreign liquor, for which the tender, contained in Annexure-P/1, was invited.

It will depend upon the power of persuasion of the petitioners and the wisdom of the State and this Court will not express any opinion on the issue under the circumstances, under which the writ applications have been filed.

The writ applications stand disposed off.
