1. The grievance of the petitioner is non granting of Kramonnati/time Bound Pay Scale on her completion of 10 years of service on the same post. The petitioner has relied upon the circular dated 02.11.2011.
2. The State Counsel, at the outset, makes a submission that the circular of 2011 has already been withdrawn by the Sate Govt. and the State has subsequently issued another circular dated 14.11.2014 in this regard.
3. Given the aforesaid submissions made by the either side and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner from the date of appointment i.e.
-21998 till date have completed more than 20 years of service on the same post, let the petitioner make a suitable fresh representation to the respondent No. 5 and on receipt of said representation, the respondent No. 5 in turn shall take into consideration the prevalent circulars/orders of the State Govt. so far as grant of benefit of Kramonnati/Time Bound Pay Scale whichever is applicable and decide the representation as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.
