Sam Koshy Order On Board 10/03/2017 The present writ petition has been filed with a limited prayer for extending the benefit which has been given to the persons whose name appears in Annexure P-5 i.e. the order passed by the M.P. Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur in Original Application No.2745 of 1989. 2.

A perusal of the record would show that there is no comparison of the present petitioner whatsoever with that of the petitioners in the said case. The present petitioner was appointed only in the year 2012 that too as a Class IV (Safai Karmchari) whereas the benefit which he is claiming for is in respect of the persons who were initially appointed as a teacher in the education department.

This Court fails to appreciate the contention of the petitioner as to on what ground the parity has been sought for.

Thus, the present writ petition being misconceived and devoid of merit deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed.
