Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order on Board 26-05-2020 Heard.
1. This revision petition has been brought praying for extension of time granted for compliance of direction of this Court in order dated 24.01.2020 in W.P.(227) No.77/2020.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have
-2failed to comply with the directions of this Court given in the order for the reason that a lock-down was imposed from 24.03.2020 in Covid-19 situation because of which the offices have been closed and the registration of the sale could not be completed within time, therefore, it is prayed that further time be granted.
3. Considered that due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation in the country and also in the State, the Central Government as well as the State Governments have imposed orders for lock-down and other measures because of which the normal functioning of things has been affected. Therefore, looking to the situation present, I feel inclined to allow prayer made in this application, therefore, the prayer is allowed and the further extension of four months is granted which shall be effective from today.
