(1) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal before the Commissioner,

Revenue Division, Raipur and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. In the eventuality of filing any appeal by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today, it is directed to the decided by the Commissioner, Revenue Division, Raipur expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the receipt thereof.
