Advocate for the State. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/03/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has already complied with the transfer order, however, because of her age and illness, she has made representation to the authorities. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider petitioner's representation and take decision within a period of four weeks. There is a grievance raised by learned counsel for the petitioner that salary is not being paid to the petitioner.

If the petitioner has complied with the transfer order and joined at her new place of posting, there is no reason why her salary is not being paid. The Controlling Authority, District Women and Child Development Officer shall look into the matter.
