1. Petitioner is challenging the order dated 15-6-2015 (Annexure P-6) passed by the respondents, whereby the Government Boys Middle School, Manendragarh (TWD) has been merged in Government Boys Middle School, Manendragarh (Education Department), district Korea under the rationalization policy.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is not pressing the writ petition and wants to withdraw the same with liberty to move representation, which is not opposed by learned State counsel.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move representation, however, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities would be at liberty to consider and decide the representation, on its own merits, in accordance with law.
