The issue involved in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court passed in WP(S) No.1440 of 2015 (Laxmi Kant Tripathi and others v. State of Chhattisgarh and others), decided on 24.4.2015, in which this Court has directed as under:- "4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3/Collector to decide the representation of the petitioners at the earliest within a period of two months from today."

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Laxmi Kant Tripathi (supra). No order as to cost(s).
