Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the Director, Public Instructions against the impugned order.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.

The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the Director, Public Instructions within a period of fifteen days from today. If such appeal is preferred by the petitioner, the Director, Public Instructions will do well and decide the same as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of appeal in accordance with law. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
