1. The order under challenge is the order of punishment imposed upon the Petitioner of stoppage of two increments with cumulative effects.
2. This Court at the outset is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition on the ground that the order under challenge is an appealable order under the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal), Rules 1966.
3. The present Writ Petition accordingly stands dismissed with a liberty to the Petitioner to prefer an appeal if he so chooses. In case if the appeal is filed the Appellate Authority is expected to decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
