(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for benefit of second time pay scale under the Government Scheme, for which he made representation to the authority concerned but the same has not been decided till now and,

therefore, he may be permitted to file fresh representation to the respondents authorities. He further submits that this Court has also passed an order dated 20.06.2011 in W.P.(S) No.3135/2011 in this regard.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Be that as it may, if the petitioner files fresh representation to respondent No.4-District Education Officer, Bilaspur along with the order dated 20.06.2011 passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No.3135/2011, it is expected from the respondent No.4 to decide the same as early as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the receipt thereof.
