Heard In the present writ petition, the issue is about the renewal of the license of the Oath Commissioner.

Earlier, the license was not renewed as the application for renewal of license of the Oath Commissioner was rejected on 16.03.2021 vide Annexure P/1, which is under challenge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance in the matter of Angad Pratap Singh vs. The High Court of Madhya Pradesh and submits that since the petitioner has filed a fresh application for renewal of license of

the Oath Commissioner and the said application is not being considered for the reason that the lis is pending in respect of the earlier non-renewal of the license of the Oath Commissioner. Therefore, he wants to withdraw this writ petition and prays that the new application for renewal of license of Oath Commissioner may be considered.

In view of the submission made, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, it is directed that the petitioner, if had made a fresh application for issuance of the license of the Oath Commissioner, it would be considered on its own merits without prejudice to the fact that the earlier application for renewal of license was rejected.
