Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from 62 Battalion CRPF to 193 Battalion CRPF and he has hardly served two & half years in the present place of posting. He would further submit that he has made a representation to the Inspector General of Police, Central Reserve Force, Chhattisgarh, Raipur/respondent No.3, which has not been considered and decided till this date. 2.
Be that as it may, respondent No.3/Inspector General of Police,
Central Reserve Force, Chhattisgarh, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
