Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 01/08/2017 Heard.

1. The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by order dated 09.12.2016, by which, his representation for posting at Raipur or nearby places has been rejected.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the wife of the petitioner is posted at Dharsiwa, the petitioner applied for his posting also as there is policy of the Government to keep the husband wife together at the same place.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute that the petitioner had earlier remained posted at Directorate of Industries at Raipur before his transfer to Sukma. Presently, the petitioner has completed about one year of posting at Sukma. Therefore, at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the orders passed by the respondents-authorities. However, it would be open for the petitioner to revive his prayer in the next transfer season.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
