1. Heard.

2. That, the petitioner has filed this petition on account of pendency of his application for mutation. He submits that earlier he had filed petition which was dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner was asked by the Tahsildar to file fresh application and it was also filed by the petitioner on 18/11/2016 and objection were invited by issuing a notice to general public on 21/11/2016 but thereafter final order has not been passed.

3. Without commenting on merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-authority to decide the mutation proceeding of the petitioner. This order shall not be treated as an order to decide the matter out of turn.
