After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the Collector against the order of termination dated 30.11.2015 2.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the Collector within a period of thirty days from today. If such appeal is preferred by the petitioner, the Collector will do well and decide the same on its own merit within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the appeal.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally

disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
