Counsel for the respondents does not have any objection if the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the said appeal. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the appeal pending before him pertaining to the order of punishment imposed upon the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of presentation of the certified copy of this order.
