2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he wants to withdraw this instant application. However, he seeks liberty to revive the same after six months if trial is not concluded.

3. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

4. In the meanwhile, Trial Court is also directed to expedite the matter as early as possible.
