1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.36/2021, registered at Police Station Kunkuri, District Jashpur for offences punishable under Section 366 and 376 (2)(n)/34 of the IPC.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail.

3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
